The "VR" series rotary valve is a four-way pneumatic distributor that is mechanically operated through the rotation of the distribution spool.
This valve is designed to control a pneumatic cylinder (dancer cylinder) that, through its movement, maintains a system in balance.
The valve is directly connected to the cylinder, and depending on the diameter of the cylinder to be operated, it is possible to choose between the "VR2" model with a nominal passage of 2.4 mm or "VR3" with a nominal passage of 3.4 mm.
The flow rate of the valve is a function of the rotation angle of the spool determined by the displacement of the tape, ensuring that the movement of the cylinder is smooth and linear even when reversing motion. The operating principle and materials used make the valve reliable even in very dirty working environments.
The valve is supplied complete with a spool control plate to which the customer must connect the probe and the counterweight suitable for their needs.
