The AIR-OIL compensators of the SAO series are tanks partially filled with oil that allow the control of pneumatic cylinder speed.
Since oil is a liquid, which unlike air is not compressible, flowing through a flow regulator allows the cylinder to move at a constant speed even with sudden load variations.
They are available in three bore sizes to cover a wide range of volumes, equipped with convenient caps on the heads for oil filling and draining, and a transparent tube for level monitoring.
They can be installed directly using the mounting holes on the heads or, upon request, with convenient feet.
